Biography
Diana has led professional development workshops, communication intensives and corporate team-building events for Medical and Business professionals for over 14 years.
In her work helping emerging leaders refine their voice through 1:1 coaching, Diana empowers professionals to step confidently into the spotlight. With an emphasis on empowering women leaders, she brings a uniquely supportive yet gently challenging style—encouraging clients to step beyond their comfort zones into increased learning, while always honoring their individual strengths. Her signature approach helps each person rediscover and trust their own voice. By combining practical techniques (from storytelling frameworks to body-language mastery) with personalized feedback, she guides presenters to speak with clarity, conviction, and genuine warmth. The result? Authentic presentations that engage audiences, build credibility, and leave a lasting impact.
In her work as a communication facilitator, she helps clients navigate challenging conversations. Participants not only have the opportunity to experiment with new communication styles but also witness the immediate effects of the changes they are implementing. Diana assumed the role of Director of the Care Experience Program with The Permanente Medical Group (Kaiser) in January 2024 after 9 years as a Care Experience Actor and Communication Facilitator. Now as the leader of the program. Diana has expanded the client base to extend to other medical and professional clients while onboarding and managing a team of 16 Care Experience Actors.
As a facilitator of applied improv experiential learning experiences, Diana enjoys helping people find and amplify their unique gifts! She genuinely believes everyone is infinitely fascinating and endeavors to instill that belief in her students.
Diana leads the improvisational theatre program at Berkeley Repertory Theatre's School of Theatre, the improvised Shakespeare program at All Out Comedy and is a guest teaching artist with BATS. Diana is a member of the leadership team and faculty with Leela in San Francisco.
Diana has led workshops, intensives and workshop to show experiences at Improv Fest Ireland, Vancouver Improv Fest, Denver Improv Fest, Dramatic Improv Fest, Gather Spring Retreat, Improv Utopia, the Rise Comedy Summer Intensive, Rise Comedy Fest, Uptown Improv Fest, Northwest Improv Festival, New Orleans Improv Fest, Twin Cities Improv Fest, and others.
Diana is a trained actor, having studied with the Arizona Theatre Company Conservatory. She's appeared in plays in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington, DC. Most recently in Playground's Solofest in San Francisco.
She's studied with teaching artists from the following improv schools: Groundlings, UCB, Second City, Magnet.
Diana has performed at Improvisational theatre and comedy festivals throughout the United States and in Europe, including San Francisco Sketch Fest, the San Francisco Improv Festival, Improv Fest Ireland, Belfast Improv Fest, Liverpool Improv Fest, Impro Amsterdam, Vancouver Improv Fest, Rise Comedy Fest, Packfest in Los Angeles, Dramatic Improv Fest in Chicago, SAVI Fest in Arizona and others
